R. KELLY ORDERED TO CANCEL CONCERT

R.Kelly has been ordered to cancel a Virginia concert scheduled to take place a day before his January 8th court hearing in Chicago. The Bump N’ Grind singer is due to stand trial for 14 child pornography charges in May, but has to attend another hearing on the case on January 14th. Judge Vincent Gaughan is taking no chances with Kelly after he failed to turn up to court earlier this month and he’s insisted the star postpones his January gig at Virginia’s Hampton Coliseum to ensure there will be no problems getting to court on time. Kelly narrowly avoided arrest in December after skipping the scheduled court date following a hold up in Utah, where he was touring. The 40-year-old claimed his tour bus had been delayed due to the snowy weather conditions and the fact that the vehicle had been pulled over by police. When he finally showed up in court on December 20th, Gaughan decided not to revoke his bail and allowed him to continue his tour of the U.S, reports Livedaily.com.

HIP HOPPER NATE DOGG HAS STROKE

Hip-Hopper Nate Dogg has been hospitalized after suffering a stroke over the holidays. The Next Episode singer was admitted to Pomona Valley Hospital in California earlier this month following the cerebrovascular incident at his home on December 20th, reports MediaTakeOut.com. The 38-year-old - real name Nathaniel Hale - is currently recovering at the medical centre and is likely to remain there over New Year. No word yet when he will be Hip-Hopping again.

Sharon has also arranged for the former Beatles legend to perform alongside her husband when McCartney collects an Outstanding Contribution To Music award at the ceremony. NICK LACHEY SAVES NYC NEIGHBORS LIFE

Sexy reality star Nick Lachey and his girlfriend have turned a problem neighbor into their new best friend after saving his life. The hunk and Vanessa Minnillo jumped into action when an elderly man living in their New York apartment building collapsed as he stepped out of an elevator. Minnillo called the emergency services while her boyfriend grabbed the old guy’s keys and ran to get his angina medicine. The couple then stayed with the man until paramedics arrived and took him to hospital, according to the National Enquirer. A source from Hampshire police said the incident may have been a reprisal attack following an incident a year ago when Freddie was arrested after he got into a fight with a man in a Camberley nightclub after the man allegedly groped Amelle. A close source said: "There is believed to be some history between the two men involved. But at this stage we do not want to go into that publicly." A police spokesman said they were looking for a 28-year-old local man in connection with the attack. Amelle is expected to perform with the Sugababes at their New Year’s Eve performance at London’s O2 arena before rushing back to be with injured Freddie.

POLICE CLEARED IN MEL GIBSON ARREST

An independent panel of investigators who reviewed the way police handled Mel Gibson’s 2006 drink-driving arrest has concluded nobody tried to cover the incident up. The mean drunk was taken into custody in July 2006 in Malibu, California after he was caught speeding on the Pacific Coast Highway. Police initially told the world’s media the arrest went "without incident" but leaked details suggested Gibson had verbally abused arresting officer James Mee with anti-Semitic remarks, which made Jewish groups go after the Hollywood loser. Three employees at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department have been disciplined for violating police policy in relation to Gibson’s arrest, but the Office Of Independent Review has concluded there was no deliberate cover-up. According to gossip website TMZ.com, the report reads: "Because of a concern about certain information gathered during the arrest falling prematurely into the hands of media sources and because there was no clear departmental guidance provided on how to handle this scenario presented, supervisors made spontaneous decisions with regard to how to package the information and describe the arrest. "While these decisions do no indicate a violation of department policy, and were fairly sensible, they do point out the need for creating a thoughtful and systematic approach for how to handle future similar scenarios."

AMY WINEHOSUE RELEASED ON BAIL

Troubled singer Any Winehouse has been released on bail following her arrest on suspicion of perverting the course of justice. The Rehab singer was arrested on Tuesday afternoon after voluntarily giving herself up at a police station in Shoreditch, London for questioning. A police spokeswoman says, "A 24-year-old woman has been bailed to return to an east London police station on a date in early March pending further inquiries." Winehouse was first implicated in a bribery plot involving her jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil last Sunday. Fielder-Civil is currently being held on remand at London’s Pentonville Prison and is awaiting trial on a similar charge after he attempted to fix the outcome of his trial for grievous bodily harm. He is alleged to have assaulted bartender James King in June last year and stands accused of trying to pay off King with $400,000 and a free holiday in return for withdrawing his statement. Winehouse’s newest arrest comes just days after police confiscated her mobile phone records, bank details and computer software, which could provide evidence of the star’s alleged involvement in the plot. Last week cops also visited the singer’s accountants, the prestigious London-based firm Smallfield Cody, in an attempt to track all of her financial dealings. Winehouse has yet to be charged with any crime.

Victoria Beckham is the "goalie" in her family. The Spice Girl has three sons - eight-year-old Brooklyn, five-year-old Romeo and two-year-old Cruz - with her soccer star husband David, and says the boys use her as a goalkeeper in their family games. She said: "I'm constantly getting soccer balls kicked at me. They actually put me in goal and they all just kick footballs at me. I'm the goalie of the family!" Despite rumors she is pregnant, the 33-year-old singer insists she doesn't want to add to her brood for a few years. She told US chat show host Larry King: "I have got three boys at the moment that are hard work. They are very, very active. "I think at some point a little girl would be great but at the moment I want to enjoy the children that I've got." Victoria also accepted she looks miserable in all the photos she appears in because of her famous pout, but is adamant she is constantly laughing and smiling at home. She said: "I have quite a dry sense of humor. I think that is just the way I look in pictures. I know I do look very miserable and I do have to try and smile more, which is ironic really, because I'm quite a funny person. I will definitely try."

HILARY SWANK ALMOST KILLED ON MOVIE

Hilary Swank was almost killed on the set of her latest movie. The Oscar-winning actress was filming a striptease scene for 'P.S. I Love You' when co-star Gerard Butler's braces nearly caused a fatal accident. Gerard - who plays Hilary's character's dying husband in the film - told Glamour magazine: "Hilary was fantastic, she has no ego and is really down to earth, so accomplished and talented. But I did try to kill her! "It was with my braces. I cleverly managed to get the clip stuck behind me on this cupboard, the elastic was at full stretch, and I didn't realise. It unclipped itself smacked her forehead and she went down like she'd been shot. "Two inches more and it could have taken her eye out, really, the thing was so sharp." 'P.S. I Love You' is a big screen adaptation of the best-selling book, which was written by Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern's daughter, Cecelia. It tells the story of Holly Kennedy, played by Hilary, and her personal struggle to cope with the death of husband. Before he dies, Gerry writes Holly 12 letters and instructs her to read one a month and signs off each note with 'P.S. I Love You'. The movie also stars former 'Friends' actress Lisa Kudrow and 'Misery' star Kathy Bates.

MICHAEL JACKSON IN TALKS TO DO TOUR

Jesus Juice creator Michael Jackson is in talks to go on on a three-month tour to pay off his all the money he owes.Jackson is rumored to be negotiating with promoters AEG Live to organize three months’ worth of live dates from March to May next year, with proceeds going towards repaying his $325 million debt, according to U.S. columnist Roger Friedman.Friedman writes, "He (Jackson) is so deeply in debt and at such a crisis point in his finances that he and publicist Raymone Bain may be using potential proceeds from a tour as leverage for refinancing his $325 million in loans."The refinancing was due on December 1, 1907. Not only did it not happen, but Jackson is now in default on $300 million secured by his Neverland Ranch."

BLACK EYED PEAS CONCERT SHUT DOWN

The Black Eyed Peas' San Diego concert was shut down by police last night after the band broke the noise limit. The group - who had been performing at an outdoor concert to mark the opening of a new Hard Rock Hotel in the city - were told by officers they would have to finish early after locals complained about the noise levels. Fergie told the crowd of 1,200 they were being forced to finish the show, before dedicating the band's famous hit 'Where Is The Love?' to the law enforcers. A representative for the hotel said: "Fergie said they would close the show with 'Where Is the Love?' She said it was for our friends - the police - in the lobby." Before leaving, the Black Eyed Peas - made up of Fergie, will.i.am and Taboo - officially opened a suite at the hotel. Proceeds from the suite will be donated to the band's charity, the Peapod Foundation.

CHARLOTTE CHURCH'S MARRIAGE PLANS

Charlotte Church will not marry boyfriend Gavin Henson for another 10 years. The 21-year-old singer - who recently gave birth to the couple's first child, Ruby Megan - doesn't want to rush into wedlock with the Welsh rugby star and wants to take her time planning her nuptials. A source said: "For the moment they have each other and baby Ruby - they don't feel the need to rush and get wed." Charlotte also wants Gavin - who is facing a court case after allegedly abusing train passengers while drunk - to become "a bit more sensible" and give up his career before she becomes his wife. The 'Voice of an Angel' star is also keen to have three more children before walking down the aisle. Meanwhile, Charlotte is said to be furious with Gavin over the train incident because his alleged disorderly conduct has ruined their first Christmas with Ruby. A source said: "Charlotte has told Gavin in no uncertain terms that she is not happy. They now have this charge hanging over them for a month and she says this has ruined their first Christmas with baby Ruby. Gavin is really in Charlotte's bad books at the moment." Gavin - who has denied the charge - is due to appear in court in January and could face a £5,000 (U.S. $10 thousand) fine if found guilty.

" The 37-year-old catwalk beauty is reportedly petrified the culprit will reveal the identity of her secret admirer who has sent her a number of raunchy emails and text messages. The source added to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "She's got a secret new love and is desperately trying to keep the whole thing quiet. LED ZEPPELIN TO PLAY NEW YORK CITY

The legendary band, Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones, discussed returning to the world famous venue - where they played three historic sell-out concerts in 1973 - after their sensational comeback at London's O2 arena on Monday night. A source said: "The band were really fired up and were talking about their late drummer John Bonham and what he would have thought about it - it was time for reflection. "Then talk turned to, 'What next? Was this it or would there be something else?' One of the guys started talking about their concerts at the Garden. There was a consensus of, 'Why not?' It is one of the best live music venues in the world. There is a strong possibility they will be playing there next year." After Monday's incredible return, rumours are now rife the group are set to embark on a world tour, which could net them a massive £1 billion. A source said: "All ticket sellers have been told a world tour will take place, there's just some ironing out of contracts to be done. They are already talking about playing venues like Knebworth and Glastonbury. "They were looking to do it in March but now it will most likely be May. With ticket sales combined with merchandising it could make them as much as £1 billion." Earlier this week, frontman Plant fuelled tour speculation, saying: "It wouldn't be such a bad idea for Led Zeppelin to play together from time to time." Guitarist Page has previously stated: "It's a bit selfish to do just one show. If that's it, we probably shouldn't have taken the genie out of the bottle." If the tour does go ahead drummer Jason Bonham, who replaced his late father John Bonham for the reunion, is expected to join the original trio.

The outspoken talk show host was overheard saying Britney - who recently released her comeback album 'Blackout' - should follow in the footsteps of Marilyn Monroe and end her life by taking a drugs overdose. A shocked onlooker said: "Tyra was saying, really loudly, 'Britney should just go ahead and kill herself after the album and go out like Marilyn, very grand. She should have done it after the last album.' "It was terrible, nobody could believe she was saying it, let alone saying it without caring who heard!" A representative for 'America's Next Top Model' host Tyra denied the claims, saying: "This is absolutely not true." Meanwhile, Tyra has herself been on the receiving end of some harsh criticism recently, after 'America's Next Top Model' judge Janice Dickinson labelled her "fat" on TV. Speaking on US show 'TODAY' Janice said: "You want to see someone who's fat? I'm sorry, Tyra. Tyra Banks is fat." Later on Monday, Janice appeared on evening show Access Hollywood to explain her comments. She said: "She's large. She admits herself that she has a fat blank, blank, blank, referring to her derriere - she publicly admits it. "I'm not criticizing Tyra, I was not criticizing her. It's the truth. She publicly claims she loves to get down on a bunch of waffles. Ms Banks is a wonderful lady and this is a big brouhaha over nothing."

The 'Borat.' star - who plays Signor Adolfo Pirelli, the arch enemy of Johnny Depp's Sweeney Todd in Tim Burton's new musical 'Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street' - insisted the costume designer insert the penis-boosting material into his tight Victorian trousers. Designer Colleen Atwood said: "We augmented Sacha's costume. It was his idea. We stuffed his pants with a little quilted thing. "We tried different materials and different sizes and positions. You kind of forget what you're doing, and you're just sort of looking at what looks the best. I would like it if a lot of people think it's real." The Oscar-winning costume designer also revealed she had to make 25 shirts, eight pairs of trousers and seven waistcoats for Johnny as the fake blood stains were impossible to wash out. She told E!: "The big thing was the blood in the murder scenes went everywhere and we were worried about how we were going to get it off. "It's sort of sticky, so it's the kind of stuff you want to get off quickly, but Tim and everybody got it down to such an art that we didn't have thousands of takes. It went really well considering how challenging it was." In the movie, Depp plays a murderous barber who kills his clients, while Burton's long-term Helena Bonham Carter portrays his accomplice Mrs. Lovett who turns his victims into meat pies.

PETA NAMES OLSEN'S 'TROLLSEN TWINS'

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have been labelled "The Trollsen Twins" by PETA. The 21-year-old stars have angered the animal rights group by continuing to wear fur and including it in their clothes lines. PETA fumed: "Mary-Kate and Ashley have ignored pleas to stop wearing fur and are still using it in their fashion collection." The group has now launched a campaign against "fur fiends" like Mary-Kate, who they have dubbed "Hairy Kate" and Ashley who they refer to as "Trashley". PETA have designed a poster featuring the superstar sisters along with the tagline, "Fur Is Worn by Beautiful Animals and Ugly People". The "Trollsen Twins" poster will be unveiled today next to their Hollywood Walk of Fame star in Los Angeles. Mary-Kate and Ashley - who in 2005 were estimated to have a combined net worth of $300 million - have a lucrative brand including their own fashion and accessories range, their own film franchise and successful acting and modelling careers. The twins began their career at just six-months-old playing the part of baby Michelle Tanner on US TV show 'Full House'.

ANGELINA JOLIE'S 'SHILOH' AN OUTCAST

Angelina Jolie says her daughter Shiloh is an "outcast". The 'Beowulf' actress, who has three adopted children and biological daughter Shiloh with partner Brad Pitt, says Shiloh looks very different from her other multi-cultural children. Angelina said: "She looks like Brad. It's funny because she's almost going to be the outcast in the family because she's blonde and blue-eyed." The 32-year-old actress also revealed she feels "more" of a connection to her adopted children Maddox, six, Pax, three, and two-year-old Zahara, than she does to "privileged" 18-month-old Shiloh. Angelina explained to Look magazine: "I felt so much more for Madd, Zahara and Pax because they were survivors. "Shiloh seemed so privileged from the moment she was born. "But I'm conscious that I have to make sure I don't ignore her needs, just because I think the others are more vulnerable." Earlier this year, Angelina revealed she felt nothing when she gave birth to Shiloh and described her newborn daughter as a "blob". Meanwhile, Angelina wouldn't have adopted Zahara is she had known the child's mother was still alive, her brother James Haven has claimed. James told Grazia magazine: "Angelina has a rule that she adopts children only when they are orphans. I think adoption becomes complicated whenever the biological parents are alive." Zahara's biological mother Mentewab Dawit Lebiso recently came forward and said she hadn't signed any adoption papers and was misled by local officials who promised she could see her baby again.

CHARLIZE THERON'S HOME ROBBED

The Oscar-winning actress has reported the incident to the police and is still making a list of what was taken from the house she shares with Irish actor Stuart Townsend in the Hollywood Hills. Los Angeles police officer Ana Aguirre said: "There was a break-in reported at her home sometime over the weekend between Thursday December 6 and Saturday December 8. "There were no suspects seen by any witnesses. And the property that was taken is being evaluated by the homeowner." The 32-year-old South African-born star has been dating Townsend since they met on the set of 'Trapped' in 2002. Though the couple are not officially married, they consider themselves to be husband and wife. Townsend, 34, said in September: "I'm married. I didn't do a church wedding or anything, but we're married - we're husband and wife! "We love each other and we want to spend our lives together. We didn't have a ceremony. I don't need a certificate or the state or the church to say otherwise. So no, there's no big official story on a wedding, but we are married. I consider her my wife and she considers me her husband."

The actress - who played neurotic Monica Geller in the hit US sitcom - hasn't ruled out reprising her role for a one-off show which would give an update on all the characters' lives. She said: "I don't think it will happen, but I would never say 100 per cent no." The final show - which also starred Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matt Le Blanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer - saw Courteney's character finally leave her New York apartment for a life in the suburbs with husband Chandler Bing, played by Perry, and their adopted twins. The actress admits she often wonders what is happening in Monica and Chandler's life. She said: "She's running her suburb and in charge of the PTA. She's driving Chandler crazy, and he's probably driving her crazy too." Last year, Courteney revealed she and Jennifer were trying to convince the rest of the cast to agree to a Thanksgiving special. She said: "We talk about it because we love each other and we hang out all the time. I'm just saying I'm not opposed to it. Jennifer said she's not opposed to it. When we say 'reunion' I mean do a little Thanksgiving episode. It sounds like fun. "But it's a lot of different people to get into the room, so I think the chances of it happening are slim. MADD DEMANDS KIEFER SUTHERLAND GO

A Canadian campaign group is asking for for the star of the hit Television show '24', actor Kiefer Sutherland to be removed from promoting Ford cars following his conviction for driving under the influence (DUI).The 40-year-old star is currently serving a 48-day sentence at the private Glendale City Jail in California after turning himself into Los Angeles police last Wednesday. Sutherland was handed the sentence after he was caught drink driving in September.And now advocacy group Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) wants Ford Motor Company in Canada to pull all TV advertisements which are voiced by Sutherland, because he needs to learn from his mistakes. Andrew Murie, chief executive of MADD Canada, says, "Ford Motor Company has a wonderful opportunity to send Mr. Sutherland a fairly strong message. "There should never be an excuse, when you can afford your own driver or your own limousine, to ever get into this situation. It astounds me that Mr. Sutherland would ever put himself in this position." But the car manufacturer is refusing to bow directly to pressure from MADD Canada.In a statement released on Friday the firm says: "While Ford of Canada currently has a contract with Kiefer Sutherland as the voice for some TV commercials, we are evaluating that position."Kiefer Sutherland is serving the sentence for his crime and we are glad it appears that he will attend education programs and receive therapy."

DONALD TRUMP FILES PHILIPPINES SUIT

Trump is suing a property company in the Philippines over the unauthorised use of his name in one of their housing projects.The Donald has filed legal papers against Megaworld Corporation for naming a new property development The Trumps, in an act he claims is an "outrageous attempt to mislead buyers into thinking that my name and company is affiliated with Megaworld’s project." He adds, "(The word Trump is) is associated with me and my company throughout the world." But Megaworld Corp. has denied the allegations, insisting the firm does not "need to ride on the name of Mr. Donald J. Trump as we are a leading property developer in the Philippines while Mr. Trump has no known real estate project in the country." The legal dispute will now be decided by the Philippine intellectual property office. Can't Trump that !

SIENNA MILLER WINS NUDE LAWSUIT

Hollywood star Sienna Miller has won an invasion of privacy lawsuit filed against two British newspapers after they published nude photographs of the star taken while she was filming a movie. The Factory Girl beauty sued tabloids The Sun and News of the World, along with the photo agency that supplied the snaps from the set of her movie Hippie Hippie Shake, after they were printed in October. She was awarded $75,000 in damages following the ruling in a British court on Friday. News Group Newspapers - the parent company of the two tabloids - also agreed not to reprint the photos and delete all existing copies, according to Miller’s attorney. But the British star is still pressing legal action against the individual photographer. An application for a default judgment is expected to be heard next month in the case.

HULK HOGAN'S WIFE TO SAVE MARRIAGE ?

Linda Marie Bollea filed for divorce and is hoping the drastic action will encourage her wrestler husband to make him work at salvaging their relationship. The source said: "When hardships hit them, it really brings them down. And when they were finally hit with a real problem, when Nick crashed his car, they just couldn't make it work." The 54-year-old former WWE wrestler married Linda, 48, in 1983 and the couple have two children, 19-year-old daughter Brooke, an aspiring singer, and 17-year-old son Nick. Nick could face felony charges in connection with the street-racing crash, which left his passenger in a coma with a broken skull earlier this year. The family starred together in VH1 reality show 'Hogan Knows Best'.

LEONARDO DICAPRIO'S HONORARY AWARD

Hollywood star Leonardo Dicaprio has received an honorary award from director Martin Scorsese at the opening of the seventh Marrakesh Film Festival in Morocco.Scorsese lavished praise on the 33-year-old as he presented him with a Golden Star Award on Friday, paying tribute to him for "always working till he breaks through the psychological depth of the character he has to play." He added, "I never fail to be amazed by his clear and complete commitment to his work." DiCaprio, who has worked with the Oscar-winner on three films to date, Gangs of New York, Aviator and The Departed - paid tribute, returned the compliment by calling him "a legend". The pair is set to reunite next year for their fourth movie together, thriller Shutter Island. Moroccan director Mostafa Darkaoui was also awarded a Golden Star in recognition of his contribution to cinema in his homeland. More than 100 films will be shown at this year’s festival, which opened with a screening of period drama Elizabeth: The Golden Age. The festival, which honored Scorsese himself in 2005, runs until December 15th.

The Hollywood couple's security team are reportedly on "high alert" after gunshots were fired at two parked vehicles - one of which was a camper van used by the team - outside their estate in Los Feliz, California at around 4am on November 27. While the 'Fight Club' actor's representative denied the family had been the targets of the attack, one neighbor commented: "You can tell their security guys are on high alert right now." Meanwhile, a leftist farmers group in the Philippines have asked the United Nations to send Angelina over to see how many people have been forced out of their homes due to army attacks. Willy Marbella, leader of the The Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas (Movement of Farmers in the Philippines), said: "Since June 2005, we have been asking the chair of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Antonio Guterres, to look into this and send Angelina Jolie to see the real situation of internally displaced people in the country. She has sent her aides to search the Malawi region of Salima for an orphan and has told them to draw up a shortlist of nine children whose families won't block the adoption. The pop superstar had planned to adopt a 20-month-old girl, Mercy, but was said to be devastated when her family blocked her application. Mercy's uncle, Peter Banet, said: "I'd rather be struggling with Mercy than for her to live with a big white star far away." A source added to Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Madonna is heartbroken about Mercy. She told everyone she was her new daughter and carried her picture around. All she dreams about is a sister for David." In August, it was reported Madonna was set to adopt Mercy and take her home to the UK next April. A source said at the time: "Madonna is ecstatic she has been told she can take Mercy home. She didn't want another complicated adoption. Mercy is a beautiful baby girl. She is so joyful and happy and giggles every time she is picked up. Madonna just loves the way she claps her hands and laughs constantly. She has huge eyes. Madonna calls her a smiling angel."

The Hollywood star - who plays a murderous barber in new musical film 'Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street' - is scared of cutting himself and wary of visiting the doctors because being "prodded and poked" makes him squeamish. Speaking at the US premiere of 'Sweeney Todd.' at New York's Ziegfeld Theatre on Monday, he said: "There's a lot of blood-letting in the film but I like to keep mine inside me thank you very much. I'm not very good with the sight of my own blood. "Nobody likes to be prodded or poked in any way, whether it's in the doctor's office or in jail." When asked if he has ever lost a lot of blood, he joked: "Yes, but I found it!" Despite using gallons of fake blood during filming, director Tim Burton shares Depp's fear of bleeding. He admitted: "I always look away when I draw blood at the doctor's office. The blood we use is very theatrical. That's one of the reasons it still feels like a play to me. The realistic edge is off." ROBBIE WILLIAMS NEEDS LONG BREAK

Robbie Williams needs to take a five-year break, according to his former manager. The 'Angels' singer was ordered this week to pay Take That creator Nigel Martin-Smith £500,000 (U.S. one million) after attacking him on his 'Rudebox' album and Martin-Smith has claimed Robbie is a shadow of the star he once was. He said: "Rob should have five years off as he can't swim against the tide of popularity. "He needs to take some time off and stop loving himself so much." Martin-Smith - who assembled the boy band in 1990 - also claimed Robbie should step out of the limelight to let Take That, who recently reformed without him, have their moment in the spotlight. He said: "He's on the wane and Take That are on the up. Robbie should let the boys have their time in the sun." In his song, 'The 90s', Robbie accused Martin-Smith of stealing money from Take That's tour payments and sang about gouging the 49-year-old music mogul's eyes out. The track was eventually removed from 2006's 'Rudebox' when Martin-Smith launched legal action. Despite his court victory, Martin-Smith insisted he never wanted money from Robbie and just wanted him to apologize. He said: "I never wanted any money off him, it wasn't about that. This could have been settled a long time ago, but he wouldn't apologise. He refused point blank to meet me or read any letters that I sent him to resolve." The pair have already had dealings in court. In 1997, Nigel sued Robbie for breach of contract after he left Take That.

LED ZEPPELIN'S TWO HOUR COMEBACK

Led Zeppelin have promised fans an epic two-hour set at their comeback concert. Guitarist Jimmy Page insists the legendary group plan to play a multitude of hits from their impressive back catalogue, at London's O2 arena on December 10, and scoffed when it was suggested they could only perform for 40 minutes. He told NME magazine: "We couldn't just play for 40 minutes. "When we were first asked to do this we were asked to do a 40-minute set. We soon realised we couldn't. "If we go out and play songs like 'No Quarter', 'Moby Dick' and 'Dazed and Confused', with all the solos, you're already talking over an hour. "There's no way I can take on playing three-and-a-half-hour sets now, like we used to. I just don't have the energy for that any more. "But I've still go enough in me to get through a two-hour set." Earlier this week, Page revealed he is considering asking Sir Elton John for tips on performing at The O2 arena. He said: "A lot of acts seem to be struggling with the sound there. The Rolling Stones sounded terrible. Prince wasn't great and Snow Patrol was this great monolithic noise. "The only guy who sounded good was Elton John so I may speak to his sound man." The band - which also comprises of lead singer Robert Plant and bassist John Paul Jones - have reformed for a tribute concert for the late Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun, who signed the group in 1968.

RUSSELL CROWE TO REPLACE BRAD PITT

Russell Crowe will replace Brad Pitt in 'State of Play'. The Oscar-winning actor has joined the cast - which includes Edward Norton, Dame Helen Mirren, Robin Wright Penn and Rachel McAdams - saving the project from being closed down. Universal Pictures had threatened to sue Brad when he pulled out of the film two weeks ago due to "script concerns", however, the company is now expected to drop its legal threats. The film - adapted from the original BBC mini-series by 'Lions for Lambs' scriptwriter Matthew Michael Carnahan and helmed by 'The Last King of Scotland' director Kevin Macdonald - tells the story of a journalist investigating a murder involving a fast-rising politician. Russell, 43, will begin filming 'State of Play' next month, before starting his role as the Sheriff of Nottingham in Ridley Scott's 'Nottingham' - a unique adaptation of the traditional Robin Hood story.

The extra dates are: June 29 at Belfast's Odyssey Arena, July 8 and 9 at Glasgow's SECC, July 17 and 18 at Manchester Arena, and July 29 and 30 at London's O2 arena. The 'KylieX2008' tour kicks off in Paris on May 6 and includes dates in Belgium, Germany, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland and Northern Ireland. Kylie - who was given the all-clear from breast cancer in early 2006 - has promised fans "a new and exciting experience" that will be "totally different". Spice Girls fans are to name a jumbo jet after the girl group. Airline Virgin Atlantic, as part of their partnership with the 'Return of the Spice Girls' world tour, has asked fans to give a title to the band's personal plane in a new competition. The girls, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Mel B, Geri Halliwell and Mel C, have given fans three choices for the name - Spice One, Girl Power or Spice Girl. After all the votes are counted, one lucky winner will be picked at random to fly out to the US to meet the girls and see the aircraft unveiled in an official naming ceremony in December. Virgin Atlantic President Sir Richard Branson said: "We're delighted to offer one of our planes for the unique ceremony, especially since the name will be chosen by Spice Girls fans worldwide. "Whichever name wins, one thing is for sure, you would be plane crazy to miss out on the opportunity to take part!" Fans can vote for their favourite through the Spice Girls official website, www.thespicegirls.com. The competition closes on December 5. The group won't be the first stars to have a Virgin plane named after them. Supermodel Claudia Schiffer unveiled 'Claudia Nine' in 2002, while British monarch Queen Elizabeth II named an A340-600 plane 'Queen of the Skies' during an official visit to France.

The Oscar winning actress is extremely proud to be a part of the romantic epic directed by 'Moulin Rouge' creator Baz Luhrmann and co-starring Hugh Jackman. Nicole, 40, said: "It's just extraordinary in epic-ness. This is the kind of film that I dreamt of making as a little girl. "For 'Moulin Rouge' we did everything in the studio but for this we've been on location the entire time - in Darwin, up in Queensland and then camping out in tents in the middle of the desert." 'The Golden Compass' star also admitted one of the best things about working on fellow Australian, Luhrmann's World War II romantic epic was filming without a green screen - the industry term for working with computer generated images. She said: "Green screen is definitely not my favourite thing. I became an actor because I wanted to act with other actors. AMY WINEHOUSE PLANNING PRISON GIG

Amy Winehouse is planning on performing at London's Pentonville Prison to lift the spirits of her jailed husband. The troubled singer has been distraught since her spouse Blake Fielder-Civil was taken to the notorious jail while he awaits sentencing for allegedly perverting the course of justice. Now Amy plans to show Blake her support by treating him and the other inmates to a performance. A source close to the singer is quoted by Britain's Daily Sport newspaper as saying: "Amy has been in pieces ever since Blake was arrested. She can't stand the thought of him being alone in prison and wants to play a show there. "She thinks it would be a fitting tribute to him, it would cheer him up and it would also help her cope with being separated from him." Amy wouldn't be the first musician to showcase her talents within prison walls. Late country legend Johnny Cash famously recorded the live album 'Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison' in 1968, while British bands Dirty Pretty Things and The Enemy played at Pentonville Prison in August for a suicide prevention charity. Meanwhile, Blake was denied bail last week, and will spend Christmas in jail. However, Blake's mother Georgette Civil thinks prison is the best place for 25-year-old Blake at the moment. She said: "He's finally taking responsibility for his behaviour and accepts that the and Amy are totally responsible for the mess they're in. He's using his time in prison to overcome his drug habit."

A spokesman for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) said: "Why is it necessary and what are they trying to prove? It is an irresponsible publicity stunt." The couple say the shoot - which will feature in new book 'Vogue Living: House, Gardens, People' - was staged in homage to legendary photographer Cecil Beaton. The noted portrait photographer lived on the £9 million (U.S. 18 million) Ashcombe Estate during the 30s and 40s. Madonna, 49, and Guy, 39, also insisted the dye used was temporary and did not harm the animals.However, the RSPCA do not accept their reasoning, and are adamant the stunt could lead to dangerous copycat incidents. The source added: "We would really question the need to do it. It really does send out the wrong message about how to use animals. "Animals used in this sort of publicity stunt can lead to copycats. Even if the dye used in this instance is safe for the animals, other people might copy it with a dye that isn't safe."
