Singing star Kelly Rowland is confirming reports that she's had breast implants.The Destiny's Child singer fueled rumors that she'd had the surgery when photographers caught the now big chested singer on the beach in Miami, Fla., last month, wearing the same purple outfit that made her look flat-chested last August. And now Rowland is admitting she decided to go under the knife because she was fed up with her clothes not fitting her properly. She explains, "I was sick of not fitting into my tops. There was this one House of Dereon top -- I just wanted to fill that out."I simply went from an A-cup to a B-cup. I didn't want to have double-Ds and be little bitty size two -- that would look nuts! "It is a decision I made for myself. I like it, and that's all that counts."
