LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST SEXY PETE WENTZ

Ashlee Simpsons boyfriend Pete Wentz has been named in a lawsuit filed by a Chicago, Illinois fan who claims he was beaten up by the rocker and his minders outside a club. Andy Kallas alleges he suffered "serious injuries to his head, mouth and face" during the unprovoked attack. He is suing Wentz and Schuba’s Tavern, where the beating allegedly took place after a recent Fall Out Boy show. But sources tell TMZ, Kallas was loudly heckling Wentz and his bandmates before the alleged incident.
