KANYE WEST SAY'S MUSIC AWARDS FIXED

Rap star Kanye West is very convinced this year's MTV Europe Music Awards were fixed, and insists he shouldn't have been handed an award at all. The singer performed and collected the Ultimate Urban prize at the ceremony in Liverpool, England, last Thursday, but he is adamant he did not deserve the award. He says, "I won nothing last year and I'd brought out 'Stronger.' Then this year, just because I was there, I won best urban act. This was Lil Wayne's year." And it isn't just himself that the rapper deems unworthy of an award. He is also fuming that Britney Spears and Jared Leto's band 30 Seconds To Mars were handed honors. He adds, "Britney Spears over Rihanna? Are you serious? I mean [bleep] Jared Leto? He's my boy but he shouldn't have won over some of those other artists." The public and music industry officials vote for the awards.
