MADONNA IS TOPS FOR STICKY AND SWEET

Madonna's Sticky & Sweet world tour was the highest-grossing U.S. jaunt of 2008.The pop singers series of shows raked in $105.3 million, according to Pollstar magazine. Celine Dion came in second, taking $94 million on her first U.S. tour since her five-year residency in Las Vegas, and The Eagles took third place, with more than $73 million for their series of dates. Country singer Kenny Chesney, with $72 million, and Bon Jovi, with $70 million, rounded out the top five highest-grossing tours of the U.S. in 2008.
