ISAIAH WASHINGTON LEAVES BEFORE EVICTION

Former television actor Isaiah Washington has reportedly moved out of his Los Angeles California home following a fight over unpaid rent. The stars landlord filed papers on March 24th claiming that Washington was five months behind in his rent, amounting to a whooping total of $100,000. Washington and his wife Jenisa faced being evicted out of the $3.5 million property in Venice. But rather than being kicked out, the actor has now voluntarily moved out, according to RadarOnline.com. Washington and his wife were seen leaving the residence yesterday afternoon, and two housekeepers were spotted packing boxes while photographs were taken off of the walls. A source tells the website, "He's moving out today."
