ASHLEY OLSEN DENIES WEDDING RUMORS

Former star actress Ashley Olsen is canning media reports that she is planning a secret wedding to "National Treasure" actor Justin Bartha. The National Enquirer claimed last week that Olsen and Bartha were to wed in a lavish $1 million ceremony on the French Riviera early next summer. But Olsen's representative has denied the rumors, insisting the young stars are happy just dating. Nicole Caruso tells People.com, "Contrary to several tabloid reports, Ashley Olsen is not engaged to be married. Ashley is dating Justin Bartha and they are very happy."Olsen has been dating 30-year-old Bartha since the beginning of the year.

ASHLEY OLSEN'S NEW YORK CITY LOVE

Ashley Olsen's romance with Lance Armstrong is getting serious. The 21-year-old actress, who was seen kissing Lance at New York 's Gramercy Park Hotel's Rose bar on Monday night, enjoyed a romantic dinner with the cycling legend the following evening. Ashley was seen chatting intimately with Lance at Graydon Carter's Waverly Inn restaurant and the pair reportedly couldn't keep their hands off each other. A source said: "Ashley and Lance are turning up the heat on their unlikely relationship. Ashley was being very flirtatious. They were laughing and having a great time." Earlier that evening, Lance visited the Waverly Inn with close friend, actor Owen Wilson. Lance, who won gruelling cycling event the Tour de France seven times, is in the city for the New York Marathon and is said to have met Ashley at least twice this week. On Monday, Ashley was seen "nuzzling up" to Lance and sitting in his lap. A source said: "Ashley drank red wine, nuzzled up to Lance, sat on his lap and they were making out all night. They left together around 2am." Lance - who previously dated singer Sheryl Crow - recently split from New York fashion designer Tory Burch. This isn't the first time Ashley has romanced an older man. When she was 19, she ended her long-term relationship with 30-year-old club owner Scott Sartiano reportedly because the romance was getting too serious. She was also previously romantically linked to 35-year-old actor Jared Leto.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have fallen out over Mary-Kate's new boyfriend Max Snow, it has been claimed.The 21-year-old star is crazy about her new beau but her twin sister allegedly thinks he is bad news. A source told a Celebrity website: "Ashley never liked him from the get go, and now, as time has gone on, she thinks that he's a bad influence on Mary-Kate. "It worries Ashley that Mary-Kate is so passive around him, and lets him do the decision making." Ashley is also said to be worried by Snow's temper. The source said: "Ashley witnessed it for herself when Mary-Kate forgot to pick up something he wanted at the store. Max was screaming some awful and insulting things. "Mary-Kate was teary-eyed and upset, but told Ashley 'He does that a lot - it blows over.' " Snow could cause a further rift between the two sisters as he is now rumored to be engaged to the actress. When Mary-Kate turned 21 earlier this month he gave her a vintage Hermes Kelly bag and two days later during a lavish party at her Hollywood home, he slid a diamond "promise ring" on her finger in front of friends and family. It was allegedly a Snow family heirloom with rose-cut diamonds set in platinum. A source told In Touch Weekly magazine: "Mary-Kate and Max are very serious. "They're practically living together and will probably get engaged before the end of the year. She loves Max so much." Mary-Kate's representative denies Snow gave her a ring.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen held a star-studded party to celebrate turning 21. The twins, who reached the milestone last Wednesday, were joined by celebrities including Joaquin Phoenix, Olivier Martinez and Kirsten Dunst to dance to retro tunes, including Blondie and The Kinks last Friday. Ashley made an emotional speech, saying: "I would like to thank everyone who came out tonight to celebrate with me. I hope we will have many more happy memories this next year. "Mary-Kate - no one could understand me the way you do. Nobody could relate to me the way you do. In fact no one could even tolerate me the way you do!" A source told Us Weekly magazine: "It was really heartfelt but a great time. Everyone danced all night." Mary-Kate spent much of the night making out with boyfriend Max Snow the pair later jumped into the pool fully clothed. The girls closed the street in front of their house and hired a special security team to deter any gatecrashers. On their actual birthday two days earlier, Mary-Kate and Ashley shared an intimate dinner with family and friends at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, where guests included their younger sister Lizzie, 19, and 23-year-old brother Trent.
