American Idol's Simon Cowell angered publicists at the Television network Fox after he refused to take part in a contractual photo shoot in London. The critical star was due to have publicity photos taken in Los Angeles for the hit series, but insisted upon staying in London, where he is filming British TV talent show The X Factor.Fox flew a group of photographers, publicists and crew from the U.S. to the British capital, spending $50,000 on the excursion, only for Cowell to miss the shoot "due to illness.But the group involved is "pissed off" by the star’s no-show, as they failed to get the necessary publicity shots, reports TMZ.com. A representative for Cowell says, "He was a little under the weather, but thankfully he’s feeling better."
