JASON WAHLER ARRESTED ONCE AGAIN !

Reality TV star Jason Wahler has been arrested for the third time since September. The "Laguna Beach" star was arrested over the weekend in Seattle, Wash., for criminal trespassing and assault. Police sources tell TMZ.com that Wahler was booked into a King County jail early on Sunday morning and was released on bail nine hours later. He reportedly hurled racial and homophobic rants at cops when he was arrested for punching a hotel security guard. Wahler was sentenced to 60 days in an L.A. County Jail last month for beating up a truck driver, and must turn himself in to authorities before May 4 to serve his time. Meanwhile, later this month Wahler is due in court in North Carolina to answer to charges of resisting a public officer during an underage drinking raid on a club. Wahler was also arrested on cocaine possession and other charges in New York last summer.
