Singing icon Kylie Minogue is sparking speculation that she has rekindled her relationship with ex-partner Olivier Martinez after the pair were snapped enjoying an intimate dinner together. The singer split from Martinez in 2007 after a four-year romance, and has taken great care in keeping any following rendezvous with the French star out of the media spotlight. But the star didn't seem to care if she was caught enjoying a meeting with her former beau as they dined together in Paris on Tuesday night. The pair was snapped laughing and embracing as they ate in a cafe in the French capital, with the actor stroking the star's hair and giving her a neck massage. The former couple has reportedly set up a "life plan" since their split, including marriage and children, according to Britain's the Daily Mail newspaper.

Legend Paul McCartney is teaming up with pop superstar Kylie Minogue for a duet that will air on British TV on New Year’s Eve. The Australian pop singer joined the Beatle as he performed hit song Dance Tonight on Thursday while filming annual holiday program Hootenanny, hosted by musician/TV presenter Jools Holland. A source tells British newspaper the Daily Star, "Macca (McCartney) snared Kylie before she was due to team up with (British talent show finalist) Leon Jackson. She looked very sexy in a flesh-coloured bandage style dress. "After her performance, which also included a stripped-down version of I Should Be So Lucky, Kylie sat at Sir Paul’s table and watched the rest of the program being made. Macca paid Kylie his full attention and they nattered (chatted) away like old pals." The 39-year-old will also duet with 18-year-old Jackson on the finale of reality contest The X Factor on today.

Kylie Minogue's UK shows sold out in just 30 minutes yesterday. The singer's eight concerts sparked pandemonium among fans and organisers have now added a further seven dates to the UK leg of her 'KylieX 2008' European tour to cope with demand. Within hours of the shows selling out on Kylie's official website www.kylie.com, the £49 tickets were appearing on Internet auction site eBay for up to £400. The extra dates are: June 29 at Belfast's Odyssey Arena, July 8 and 9 at Glasgow's SECC, July 17 and 18 at Manchester Arena, and July 29 and 30 at London's O2 arena. The 'KylieX2008' tour kicks off in Paris on May 6 and includes dates in Belgium, Germany, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland and Northern Ireland. Kylie - who was given the all-clear from breast cancer in early 2006 - has promised fans "a new and exciting experience" that will be "totally different". Meanwhile, it has been reported Kylie's ex-lover Olivier Martinez is desperate to spend the Christmas holidays with the singer. A source said: "Olivier is really hoping that he and Kylie can spend some serious quality time together after all that has gone on between them. Olivier has been missing her like crazy recently." The couple officially split after four years in February 2007. Kylie, 39, has always spoken fondly of how supportive the 41-year-old French actor was during her gruelling chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer, which she was diagnosed with in May 2005.

The Australian singer - who currently divides her time between her native Melbourne and her London home - is considering purchasing a house out of the city where she can go for some quiet time. She said: "At the moment, I am looking at a house in England that I can escape to. It's looking pretty likely." Despite her love of Britain, Kylie is planning on returning to Australia in December to spend Christmas with her family. She added in an interview with Britain's Radio 2: "Christmas in Australia is beautiful. We all sit round a barbecue and it's fantastic. I was always start thinking about it when the nights in England start getting colder." The 39-year-old star also spoke about her successful battle with breast cancer, and insists it was the support from her fans that helped her pull through. She said: "It was so helpful to get letters from my fans. When I was diagnosed, I literally went into lockdown. But then I got so many letters that would say things like, 'Kylie: Princess of Australia', incredible letters that really got to me, and I just thought, 'Wow!' They really helped me.' "

The '2 Hearts' singer - whose chances of conceiving naturally were affected by the chemotherapy treatment she received for breast cancer in 2005 - is considering giving a home to an underprivileged child from her native Australia. A source said: "She would make a great mother. She is so caring and considerate and has a playful sense of humour as well. "Having cancer really got her thinking about her chances of having a child. She feels now might be the time to go ahead with adoption. She has a lot of love to give." Kylie, who has been single since splitting from French actor Olivier Martinez in February, has been seeking advice about her adoption plans from her sister Dannii and her parents. The 39-year-old singer recently admitted being diagnosed with breast cancer made her realize how much she wants to become a mother. She said: "I love children. Always have and always will. But it's only since my cancer that I have given serious thought to having them". Earlier this year, Kylie dismissed reports she was having an operation to improve her chances of conceiving naturally. She said: "Contrary to some reports, I am not having all sorts of weird treatments to try and get pregnant. Instead, we will just have to wait and see what doctors say."

The diminutive pop princess - who was given the all-clear last year after battling with breast cancer - is planning to ditch the glitz and glamour of her current life to travel. Kylie told Q magazine: "I'd love to travel - I'd love to have a backpack and just go. I'm genuinely thinking about doing it, with friends. Maybe with William Baker - my creative director. Big Willie and I, I'd be the one happy to go in a tent, he wouldn't. There can't be two divas on the round and normally it's him! "But that's what I'd really love to do. In the undergrowth and in the first - I'm a real Aussie! I need to go feral." The 39-year-old singer also said she would like to have her own TV show to rival British cook Nigella Lawson's before she starts her travelling adventure. She said: "I'd love to have my own cooking show that's not so much about cooking but just about how to look hot in the kitchen!"

Kylie - whose new album 'X' is released on November 26 - was so blown away by the energy of the colourful crowd she hand-picked five people to form a band for the video. The star asked designers Gareth Pugh and Christopher Kane to create the outfits for her and her group. A source said: "Kylie wanted striking unusual looking people for her video. Everyone shines in camp Spandex outfits, killer heels, and vamped up make-up and lots of glitter - it all looks totally futuristic." Friends claim Kylie - who has just finished recording her latest album - is keen to rekindle her relationship with on/off boyfriend Olivier Martinez. One pal said: "She's given most of her life to her career and now wants to concentrate on herself. "She wants to see if she and Olivier can get back together and maybe even start a family." The 39-year-old pop star is believed to be planning a farewell tour before walking away from the music business. Last month, Kylie - who is to star in the Christmas special of hit British TV show 'Dr Who' - allegedly issued a 'marry me or leave me' ultimatum to Olivier. The flamboyant frontman was so moved by friend Kylie's recovery he pleaded with her to go into the studio with him. However, Jake doesn't believe the track will ever see the light of day because it's "darker" than her usual material. He said: "Babydaddy and I wrote a song with Kylie called 'Singing In My Sleep', which is really atmospheric and dark. "It's a really cool song but I don't know if she'll put it on her album because it's really one of the stranger things she's ever recorded. "We were feeling really inspired that day. She's doing so well now." Kylie was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2005 and after undergoing gruelling chemotherapy treatment, which resulted in her losing her hair, she's made a full recovery. Meanwhile, Jake has hinted there could be a Scissor Sisters musical. The 'I Don't Feel Like Dancing' star said: "There have been rumours. I really can't say. There are always experiments and projects. I can't say anything. We've all got our things going on."

The diminutive singer - who has been working on new material for several months after beating breast cancer - has recorded a version of Culture Club's hit 'Victim' with singer George for "a laugh". She is now considering releasing it as her first single. A source said: "She recorded the Culture Club song and a version of Roxy Music's 'Love Is The Drug' just as a bit of a laugh, but now both are mooted for the first single." The star - who was diagnosed with cancer in May 2005 and given the all-clear in early 2006 - has called in a host of producers and artists to collaborate on her 10th studio album, 'Kylie X', including Calvin Harris, Scissor Sisters, Groove Armada and Madonna's producer Stuart Price. Kylie, 39, has also sought the help of Sydney-based dance group Sneaky Sound System, who have previously supported Robbie William and Scissor Sisters on tour. Last month, a number of tracks from the album - which is not due to be released for several months - were leaked onto the Internet and made available on file-sharing sites for fans to download for free.

The diminutive star will reportedly splash out one million on the star-studded bash, set to coincide with the 20th anniversary of her first single 'Loco-Motion' topping the Australian charts on August 3. A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "The date of the party is really significant to Kylie. When 'Loco-Motion' went to No.1 in Australia on August 3, 1987, it was the start of something special. She is even flying in old mates from Australia and begging her two grandmothers to make the long trip from Melbourne." Kylie certainly has plenty to celebrate. The 39-year-old recently battled breast cancer and will launch a new album in December ahead of her 2008 world tour. The source added: "In some ways, it's a celebration of the fact she has resumed her place in the music world after her illness. It's also a chance for her to thank all the people who assisted and encouraged her." The party is set to take place in a secret London location. Kylie has been seen checking out venues in Shoreditch and Canary Wharf.
