Sexy Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio is cutting back the time he spends talking about environmental issues because he doesn't want to sound "patronizing."The actor has long been campaigning to raise awareness of environmental issues, but admits he doesn't want people to get irritated by his non-stop "green" talk. He says, "Yes, I have solar panels and all that sort of stuff. However, the more I learn about the subject matter, I also realize that people find it patronizing. They feel like they're being told what to do when somebody like me talks about the fact I have solar panels." And DiCaprio insists that while most people want to do their best to help the environment, he understands that many can't afford it.He adds, "Not everybody can get solar panels and not everyone can drive a hybrid car. It's not about blame or telling people how to live, it's just about saying, 'Let's all be aware of these issues'."

LEONARDO DICAPRIO'S NEW GREEN TOILET

Sexy Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio has installed into his posh Hollywood Hills home a $3,000 toilet that flushes itself and washes and warms his hot bottom. The special fixture, called a Toto Toilet, is part of a redesign of the luxury home in the hills. The environmentally green star has also ensured the top of the range toilet is water saving. A source says, "Leo loves his new toilet. It’s more like a toy since it has a remote control."

Hollywood star Leonardo Dicaprio has received an honorary award from director Martin Scorsese at the opening of the seventh Marrakesh Film Festival in Morocco.Scorsese lavished praise on the 33-year-old as he presented him with a Golden Star Award on Friday, paying tribute to him for "always working till he breaks through the psychological depth of the character he has to play." He added, "I never fail to be amazed by his clear and complete commitment to his work." DiCaprio, who has worked with the Oscar-winner on three films to date, Gangs of New York, Aviator and The Departed - paid tribute, returned the compliment by calling him "a legend". The pair is set to reunite next year for their fourth movie together, thriller Shutter Island. Moroccan director Mostafa Darkaoui was also awarded a Golden Star in recognition of his contribution to cinema in his homeland. More than 100 films will be shown at this year’s festival, which opened with a screening of period drama Elizabeth: The Golden Age. The festival, which honored Scorsese himself in 2005, runs until December 15th.

Leonardo DiCaprio has apparently been seen getting close to model Petra Nemcova.The actor, who is rumored to be engaged to model Bar Refaeli, partied with Petra at New York's Marquee nightclub on Friday. A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "He looked like he was all over her. "They were together from before 12.30am to around 2.30am. He was holding her waist and touching her arm." Leo was celebrating the launch of new movie 'Gardener of Eden' - which he produced - at the Tribeca Film Festival. 'The Departed' actor also partied with P. Diddy, 'Gardener of Eden' director Kevin Connolly, 'Entourage' star Adrien Grenier and tennis ace Andy Roddick. Leo was alleged to have proposed to Bar, 21, during their recent trip to Israel. It is believed they plan to marry in the Middle-East country this summer. Earlier this month, the 32-year-old dismissed rumors Bar was expecting their first child in autumn as "100 per cent made up". Petra split from British singer James Blunt in February, following a year-long romance.

GISELE BUNDCHEN GAINS 15 POUNDS !

Gisele Bundchen has put on 15 lbs since giving up smoking. The Brazilian supermodel says she is enjoying food so much more since kicking her habit. She revealed: "When you stop smoking you gain weight because food tastes better than when it tasted like an ashtray." It was recently claimed the beauty was pregnant with American footballer Tom Brady's baby after she was seen with what appeared to be a baby bump. While her family were quick to deny the claims, Gisele - who previously dated actor Leonardo DiCaprio - has made no secret of her desire to have children soon. She revealed: "Everybody is different, but for me, having a family will be my greatest achievement. "When you have a family that you can raise the way your parents raised you then I think you have succeeded. I have that dream. "I don't know when it's going to happen. Everything in life has to be planned. I'm very old-fashioned. I believe in being married and going to your husband and saying, 'Let's have a kid'."
