Pop star Miley Cyrus is "really happy" to be spending time with ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas after "reconnecting" with him following her sad breakup from Justin Gaston. Miley was left heartbroken after ending the relationship with Gaston earlier this month. She has turned to Jonas Brothers singer Nick, to help lift her spirits and the couple have been photographed on a jet ski off the coast of Tybee Island, near Savannah, Ga., where Cyrus is filming her new movie, "The Last Song." Miley is admitting she is glad to be on good terms with Jonas, and the two stars' families are even more delighted than her. She is also refusing to rule out a new romance with the singer sometime in their future. Cyrus says, "He's my best friend, and we still hang out all the time. We've definitely reconnected. We don't know what's going to happen in the future, but right now we're just kind of kicking it and hanging out as much as we can." She also say's, "We both just kind of saw each other and kind of decided this whole thing (break-up) is kind of stupid. We were all over the separation. "I'm really happy to be back in their lives. And our families are super happy we're hanging out again."

JAMIE FOXX SORRY TO SINGER MILEY CYRUS

Comic Jamie Foxx has issued an apology to pop singer Miley Cyrus for his crude comments about her. Jamie went into a tirade about the 16-year-old on his weekly radio show "The Foxxhole" last weekend. He advised the "Hannah Montana" star to "make a sex tape and grow up" before telling her to get a gum transplant, adding: "Do some heroin, get some crack in your pipe." Jamie has now apologized to Miley for making the comments, telling NBC talk show host Jay Leno it was simply meant in jest. He says, "There was a situation with Miley Cyrus, and I just want to say, I apologize for what I said. I didn't mean it maliciously. You know I'm a comedian. You know my heart. Miley, I apologize, so I'll call you. I got a daughter, too, so I completely understand."

Country singing star Billy Ray Cyrus insists his teen star daughter Miley, will continue on the path to stardom despite her recent controversies, because it’s the nature of Hollywood.The father and daughter icons, who star on Disney’s Raising Miley, have turned the 15-year-old into a money-making machine - and the Hannah Montana star will be worth as much as $1 billion by her 18th birthday, according to magazine publisher Conde Nast. And despite outrage from family groups and parents prompted by Miley’s controversial photo shoot for Vanity Fair magazine, where she appeared topless, wrapped in just a satin bedsheet earlier this year, her father insists the harsh criticism is expected along with any major success in this business.The singer also adds he’s not afraid by his daughter’s marketability because she is happy with her burgeoning career despite recent hiccups. He says, "For every action, there’s an opposite and equal reaction and for every high, there’s a low. That’s just the way life is. She has a dream. She loves what she does for a living. "(Miley) loves acting and she loves making music. And she gets the best of both worlds with this job."

ANOTHER LAWSUIT OVER MILEY CYRUS

Pop singer Miley Cyrus once again has become the focus of yet another controversy, after a photo agency filed suit against her Disney bosses for copyright infringement in relation to a range of her Hannah Montana branded candies, which feature her face on the packaging. Bosses at The Oklahoma-based company Glamour Shots claim the Hannah Montana Glamour Shots Candy, placed on Disney store shelves, misleads buyers into believing the photo agency made the treats.The candy is packaged in a small picture frame with the singer featured inside. In court documents obtained by TMZ, Glamour Shots executives have also accused Disney of false advertising and unfair competition, and are requesting the case to go to trial to determine damages. A spokesperson for Disney declined to comment on the suit.
