NAOMI WATTS LOSES ALL HER BABY WEIGHT

Hollywood star Naomi Watts has regained her pre-pregnancy figure after less than a month after giving birth. She says it's all due to breast feeding. The actress gave birth to her second son, Samuel last month, and was pictured out in New York City on Monday looking her usual slim self. She tells People.com, "I’m breast feeding. And he’s sucking it all out of me, it seems. And when the baby comes out, it’s a lot of weight right there." This is Naomi's second child with partner Liev Schreiber, the couple already have baby Alexander.Watts adds of the two kids, "They’re very different. Sammy’s more fragile, in a way. But I don’t know, maybe I’ve forgotten how small they are. Alexander is only 18 months old. Having two young children is taking its toll on the couple, which rarely gets a rest from the demands of its sons - but Watts and Schreiber wouldn’t have it any other way. Schreiber says, "It’s f**king hard. So little sleep. It’s 23 hours and 59 minutes of exhaustion. But then they do one little thing in that last minute that is just so compelling and fascinating that it makes the other 23 hours and 59 minutes worthwhile."

NAOMI WATTS ON HAVING CHILDREN

Naomi Watts

Naomi Watts fears she has left it too late to have more children. The 38-year-old actress - who gave birth to her first son, Alexander Pete, with husband Liev Shreiber in July - is desperate to expand her family, but is aware her biological clock is ticking down. She said: "For so long, I thought, 'I can't have a baby now. I've got this to do, that to do. I've got to achieve that and this.' The truth is, this just happened so quickly, and you can still do it. "Honestly, have a baby. It's the best. I left it too late. I'd love to have one more. I'd love to have two more. Or three!" The Australian star - who plays a midwife who longs for a baby of her own in new crime thriller 'Eastern Promises' - says researching her latest role while pregnant made her anxious about childbirth. She added in an interview with USA Today: "When I watched the Cesarean-section, they didn't know who I was. It was quite scary. I went in there and put my scrubs on and they started asking me to do things, like adjust lights and move garbage, and I was acting incredibly timid. "And believe me, seeing childbirth up that close, made me not want to go through with it." Naomi also revealed she and Liev already have an affection nickname for Alexander - who was named after Liev's grandfather. She said: "We call him Sasha, because that's the short version of Alexander."

LIEV SCHREIBER GIVES NAOMI WATTS DIAMOND RING WITH BABY PICTURE

Liev Schreiber has given fiancée Naomi Watts a diamond locket to keep a picture of their new son in. Naomi gave birth to Alexander Pete Schreiber, who weighed a healthy 8lbs 4oz, at a Los Angeles hospital last Thursday. On the same day, Liev presented the 'King Kong' star with a diamond-and-platinum heart locket he had specially designed by jeweller Neil Lane so she can carry a photo of their new arrival everywhere she goes. A source told In Touch Weekly magazine: "It was a very special gift for her. Liev secretly helped the jeweller Neil to design it." Alexander was born almost two weeks prematurely and friends believe Naomi may have gone into labour early because she was determined to have a natural birth. One pal said: "Naomi's due date was early August, but since she insisted on delivering naturally she knew there was a chance she would have the baby before the due date. That's what wound up happening."

Despite baby showers usually being female-only events, Liev was among the 15 guests, who also included actresses Kate Hudson and Carla Gugino. Liev, 39, recently revealed that Naomi was having an "amazing" pregnancy. He said: "She's great. She hasn't had any strange cravings. In fact, I've never seen anyone handle a pregnancy so well. She's amazing." The couple, who starred in 'The Painted Veil' together, announced the pregnancy in February this year.
