PINK DENIES DATING JEREMY PIVEN RUMOR

Press reps. for singing star Pink and "Entourage" actor Jeremy Piven have denied the pair have been dating.The pop star split from her husband Carey Hart in February, two years after they wed. She has since been linked with Juliette and the Licks guitarist Todd Morse. Pink and Piven were spotted enjoying a night out at a New York City club on Tuesday and reportedly got up close and personal on the dance floor, sparking new rumors of a romance. Representatives for both stars confirmed they were both at the Green Door Club, but denied they are a couple.Piven's spokesman tells New York gossip column Page Six, "He was there but didn't hang out with Pink. Jeremy says she is a friend, a good woman."While Pink's representative adds, "She was not with Jeremy Piven, dancing or otherwise."

PINK BEING SUED BY AVANT GARDE

Pink is being sued by an artist who claims she used one of his paintings in a music video without permission. Avant-garde New York painter Vladimir Kush has filed a lawsuit against the singer and her record company, Zomba, in the Manhattan District Court for copyright infringement. Kush claims Pink, 27, reproduced images from his painting 'Countes Erotiques' in her 2006 video for 'U + Ur Hand' without his consent. In the video of the song - said to be about female masturbation - a book opens to show Pink dressed as a car mechanic working in a garage. Images from the video are frozen and sporadically become still drawings throughout. Meanwhile, Pink's marriage to motocross rider Carey Hart is said to be on the rocks. Rumours the couple's relationship is in trouble surfaced after Hart, 32, was allegedly spotted canoodling with another woman. Last December, just 11 months after their wedding, it was rumoured the couple were having marital difficulties due to their conflicting work schedules. Pink's representative has declined to comment on the marriage rumours.
