Hollywood star Malinda Williams is fueling reports her "Nailed" co-star Jake Gyllenhaal is going to marry his girlfriend Reese Witherspoon after confessing she expects wedding bells very soon. Jake and Reese were recently spotted ring shopping at New York's Fred Leighton jewelry store, and his latest co-star insists it's obvious the pair will be man and wife soon. She tells Life & Style magazine, "I wouldn't be surprised if they get married soon. Reese was on the set a lot. She and Jake are clearly in love. "They're like two regular, down-home people. They seem very comfortable around each other. ... It's like they've been together for a really long time -- like an old married couple."

REESE WITHERSPOON CANS SCOTTER RIDE

Hollywood star Reese Witherspoon had to can a motorcycle-riding scene in new movie 'Penelope' because she was too short to reach the scooter’s foot-rest. The Oscar winner was left red-faced when her feet were left swinging, even after props workers had strapped wooden blocks to her feet. In the end, director Mark Palansky abandoned plans for Witherspoon to ride the scooter, and had her two-wheeler pulled along by a rope instead. The actress says, "I was height-challenged. And I was a little embarrassed."

Hollywood star Reese Witherspoon hates going to the beach, because she worries about the wild paparazzi taking photos of her wearing swimwear. The actress admits the prospect of her bikini clad bottom gracing the pages of tabloid magazines and internet sites around the world terrifies her. Witherspoon says, "I hate that the paparazzi takes my picture when I’m on vacation: `Oh my god, did they see my butt? I hope they did not see my butt.’"

Hollywood movie stars Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal are heading for the altar, according to published reports. Friends claim Gyllenhaal proposed to Witherspoon during the couple's cozy vacation in Rome last October. Talented Witherspoon said "not yet," so soon after her split from ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, but reportedly has since said "yes," after consulting with very close friends. A pal says, "Not only were her friends crazy about Jake, they could see he was absolutely nuts about her. But you've got to understand, Reese is a one-man woman who hates playing the field."When Jake proposed in Rome, he knew Reese needed time, and didn't really expect her to say 'yes' right away. He just wanted her to know that he was serious about their relationship and serious enough to make her his wife."Witherspoon ended her eight-year marriage to sexy star Phillippe with a divorce on October 5 of last year.

Reese Witherspoon's son wants to be a pizza delivery boy when he grows up. The 'Walk the Line' actress says Deacon, her four-year-old son with Hollywood star Ryan Phillippe, has no interest in acting and is planning a career delivering fast food. Reese said: "Deacon wants to be a pizza delivery boy. Not that there is anything wrong with that but it's hard to see how it could be a career as such. "My eight-year-old daughter Ava wants to be a scientist but they are both at the stage where it changes from one week to the next. "Neither has said they want to be actors but you never know." Earlier this month, Reese revealed she does not let Deacon or Ava watch her films. She said: "I wouldn't want my kids to see me in anything at all! Every time my face comes on the TV I turn it off because I think it would be really strange to see their mother in a movie." Reese and Ryan's divorce was finalized last month, and the 31-year-old 'Legally Blonde' star has been enjoying a blossoming romance with her 'Rendition' co-star Jake Gyllenhaal in recent months. The pair took Ava and Deacon trick-or-treating for Halloween, with Reese dressed as a witch and Jake as a gorilla.

Reese Witherspoon has kept her fame a secret from her daughter. The 'Walk the Line' star revealed her eight-year-old daughter Ava has no idea her mother is an Oscar-winning actress. Reese said: "Ava has no idea what I do and I'm trying to keep it that way. I don't want her to start hounding me for concert tickets and things!" The 31-year-old actress - whose divorce from fellow actor Ryan Phillippe was finalised last week - said Ava and her three-year-old son Deacon are obsessed with US TV show 'Hannah Montana'. She told US chat show host Jay Leno on Tuesday: "My daughter is eight so the coolest person in the world right now is Miley Cyrus who plays Hannah Montana. "Ava and Deacon get to choose what they have on TV every night, and every night they choose 'Hannah Montana'!" Reese - who is currently starring in political thriller 'Rendition', alongside Jake Gyllenhaal - also said she chooses her movie roles carefully so she can spend as much time as possible with her two children. She added: "It's all about setting priorities. I try to be away from home as little as possible."

Despite earlier reports claiming that the 'Walk the Line' actress was merely "trying out a courtship" with heartthrob Jake, friends close to Reese insist they are an item. A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Jake doesn't want a party girl at all. "Reese is perfect because she understands the business and also the importance of family. Plus, he admires her talent, thinks she is beautiful and he respects her values. He respects everything about her actually." According to reports, Reese was keen to get together with 'Brokeback Mountain' star Jake, 26, since separating from her husband Ryan Phillippe last year. Jake and Reese became close after starring in new movie 'Rendition' together. A source said: "Reese was the pursuer and really wanted to date Jake. "She's known him for a while and thought he was intelligent and charming." Reese, 31, has two children - Ava, six, and Deacon, three - with Ryan, who she met at her 21st birthday party. Jake, 26, previously dated Kirsten Dunst for nearly three years.
