SCARLETT JOHANSSON IS RELATIONSHIP EXPERT

Scarlett Johansson is the first person her friends turn to when they need relationship advice. The sexy star is always willing to be honest about their problems. The actress who is married to actor Ryan Reynolds, is always on call for her close friends and is happy to serve up her own form of counselling when it comes to men and relationships. She says, "My friends and I talk about relationships and I probably over-analyze everything. But I usually come back to the same thing: ‘If this person is making you crazy or making you doubt yourself, then get rid of him.’ I always sort of come back to that. "Whether or not my girlfriends stay with the guy at the time, they usually end up parting ways in the end. "It sounds like I’m breaking up people all over the place." And Johansson has some words of advice for women who have just broken up with their partners. She adds, "For a while you feel beaten down - you had to put a lot into it (the relationship) and didn’t get something out of it. "Then you realize, ‘I did get something out of it. I learned something about myself, and I feel like a survivor."

Sexy actress Scarlette Johansson has lashing out at critics who like to label her a "harlot" just because her appearance fits the image. The Hollywood star who has been likened to late screen star Marilyn Monroe, thinks the fact she is curvy and has blonde locks lays her open to harsh criticism regarding her sexual morals. But the Lost In Translation star insists she doesn’t sleep around or have any sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). She says, "I have platinum blonde hair, and I’m extremely curvy: I pour myself into a dress and show up and strut my stuff at premieres."Of course I expect people will have certain ideas but it’s weird if people associate the fact that I sell handbags or wear a bikini with who I am when I wake up in the morning. "People think I’m going to be some brazen harlot, but I’m not out there with every Tom, Dick and Harry or catching hepatitis."

Sexy Hollywood star Scarlett Johansson was very flattered when troops stationed in the Persian Gulf offered her their clothes as a gift to her during a visit to their camp last week.The 23-year-old actress met over 3,500 men and women serving overseas during her stops at American bases in Kuwait as part of the United Service Organizations tour (U.S.O.). The servicemen gifted the Lost In Translation star with patches torn off their jackets and challenge coins from their military units, with one Marine even offering up a medal adorned with the image of Saint Christopher, the patron saint of travellers. She says, "Everybody that I met there was so incredibly friendly and polite and genuine and generous. They were so, so sweet. I mean, I was just amazed." One star-struck soldier gushed, "You’ve made my whole deployment!"

Scarlett Johansson has reportedly splashed out £400,000 (U.S. $800 thousand) on a "gigantic" new home.The 22-year-old actress bought the seven-bedroom Los Angeles property located in the Hollywood Hills from film director Harold Becker.A source said: "It's a gigantic property with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The place spans over 4,352 sq ft."The 'Lost in Translation' star will have a host of celebrity neighbours.They include Brad Pitt and his partner Angelina Jolie, Sharon Stone, Meg Ryan and Denzel Washington. However, the £400,000 (U.S. $800 thousand) price tag is dwarfed by the sums other stars have laid out for their Los Angeles homes. Victoria and David Beckham - who moved to the US with their three sons earlier this month after David signed a multi-million dollar deal with the Los Angeles Galaxy soccer team - paid a staggering £11 million (U.S. $22 million) for their new Beverly Hills home. Their six-bedroom villa is located just down the road from good friends Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, who live in a £17 million (U.S. $34 million) property that sits on 1.3 acres. Actress Salma Hayek reportedly bought actor Kelsey Grammer's Bel-Air property for £10 million (U.S. $20 Million) in June this year.

She said in an interview with Seventeen magazine: "When I'm single, I don't try to find someone. I focus on a guy if he's a boyfriend, but I don't focus on finding a boyfriend. Anyway, they're never around when you want them!"Scarlett admits any future suitor has to live up to her first love, her high school sweetheart. She revealed: "I had a great boyfriend in high school. I totally thought we were going to be together forever, which is how it should be with a guy."The 'Black Dahlia' actress also says she likes a bit of mystery in her relationships, but won't tolerate any man who tries to play mind games with her. Scarlett - who has been romantically linked to Benicio Del Toro, Jared Leto and most recently Justin Timberlake - explained: "I can't stand mind games, they make me feel very self-conscious. But I think you should be mysterious and flirtatious. You should always have some mystery in a relationship. You don't wanna know what the person's thinking all the time. And you don't want him to know what you're thinking all the time."
