A source told the New York Post newspaper: "They have been spotted canoodling with each other."Josh, 29, and Penelope, 32, were first seen together last month as they dined at top Los Angeles restaurant Little Door.The pair were determined to keep their date under wraps, so the owners gave them the private Blue Room to enjoy their intimate meal. A waiter reported they kissed and held hands throughout the evening. Meanwhile, Demi Moore and her toyboy husband Ashton Kutcher are also currently holidaying in the Parrot Cay resort.The loved-up couple, who are staying at Demi's ex-husband Bruce Willis' island residence, have been seen passionately kissing in a restaurant.

She said in an interview with Seventeen magazine: "When I'm single, I don't try to find someone. I focus on a guy if he's a boyfriend, but I don't focus on finding a boyfriend. Anyway, they're never around when you want them!"Scarlett admits any future suitor has to live up to her first love, her high school sweetheart. She revealed: "I had a great boyfriend in high school. The bassist has written an email to the group's fans urging them not to pay attention to a cyber impersonator who has been sending out "racist and insulting and disgusting" messages using his identity. Flea -- real name Michael Balzary -- writes, "I do not want to give the name of this idiot's Web site and grant him an iota of dignity that he/she does not deserve. "Please know that I am doing what it takes to get him to stop carrying on in this way." Flea isn't the only bandmember sending out emails to fans this week -- guitarist John Frusciante has penned angry correspondence, criticizing people who have been booing the group's support act, Mickey Avalon, during shows.

Feuding possible fathers Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead will have to wait till next week until the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's baby, Dannielynn, is determined in the Bahamas. Stern, Smith's longtime companion, and Birkhead, her ex-boyfriend, both maintain they're the baby's biological father -- and the results of a DNA test are reportedly in. But the ongoing paternity hearing was stalled Tuesday and will resume next Tuesday. On Monday, Stern's lawyer withdrew an appeal to block the DNA test results from being made public. There is a gag order in effect on all the parties involved in the case, which will keep the identity of the father confidential until the hearing.

DESIGNER ANAND JON PLEADS NOT GUILTY TO RAPE AND SEXUAL BATTERY

Fashion designer Anand Jon has pleaded not guilty to 32 counts of sexual assault against 12 different women. The 33-year-old appeared in court in Beverly Hills, Calif., Wednesday to enter a plea, the same day he was charged with attacks on four more victims. The charges against Jon include rape, sexual battery, lewd acts on a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The alleged victims are aged between 14 and 23 years old and are all linked to the fashion industry. At Wednesday's arraignment Jon's attorney argued the sex was consensual, accusing the women of targeting his client because he had not made them famous. But Deputy District Attorney Mara McIlvain told the court, "It's violent. It's sexual offenses against younger female victims. It's a pattern of conduct that is like a serial sex offender." The prosecution lost its attempt to raise Jon's $1.3 million bail. The designer is due to return to court on June 12. If convicted he faces life in prison.

Keith Richards reportedly will not promote the new 'Pirates of the Caribbean' movie - after saying he snorted his dead dad's ashes. Concerned Walt Disney Studio bosses have decided the Rolling Stones guitarist is too unpredictable to promote 'Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End'. Dennis Rice, Disney's senior vice president for publicity, said: "When (a senior Disney publicist) forwarded the ashes story to me, I thought, 'How are we going to spin this?'"Keith won't be doing a lot of publicity for this movie."Keith has a much-anticipated cameo as Teague Sparrow, the father of pirate Jack Sparrow, played by Johnny Depp. Meanwhile, Keith has insisted his comments about mixing cocaine with his late father's remains and sniffing them were a joke.
